This tzatziki uses full-fat coconut milk and Paleo mayo instead of yogurt to maintain a creamy consistency.

Looking for a creamy, tzatziki sauce that’s dairy-free? Our Paleo Tzatziki uses full-fat coconut milk instead of yogurt, giving you the same thick consistency without the dairy. This recipe also uses our Paleo mayonnaise to add to the creamy texture without all the additives like most store-bought brands contain.

Full-fat coconut milk is a great dairy-free swap for heavy cream or milk products in recipes. Coconut milk is great for reducing inflammation in the body due to the medium-chain fatty acids it contains. It has also been proven that coconut milk can help reduce the size of stomach ulcers.
