• 2 heads of broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 tsp avocado oil
  • 1 " fresh ginger, grated
  • ¼ cup green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • ⅛ cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 lime, quartered
  1. In a food processor, pulse the broccoli florets until its rice sized.
  2. Warm the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the broccoli rice and sauté for one minute. Add the chopped garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Drizzle in the avocado oil and sprinkle in the ginger. Cook for two more minutes, making sure not to overcook.
  4. Serve hot garnished with green onions, cilantro, sliced almonds, sesame seeds, and the lime quarters.
