Paleo Wellness Shots

Wellness shots can be expensive and packed with unhealthy additives, so we’ve created three versions made with whole ingredients that you can make for under $10. Feel free to add your own natural ingredients to each shot to customize each flavor where you see fit.
Try our Lemon Ginger shot to help reduce inflammation and boost immunity. The turmeric and ginger are filled with powerful anti-inflammatory antioxidants that aid with digestion, while the orange and ginger flavors balance the bitter lemon taste. But to get the full benefits of turmeric, we’ve added a little kick of black pepper, too.

The anti-inflammatory ingredients in the Green Energy shot will leave your skin glowing. These green foods are loaded with vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes—which naturally hydrate the body and can boost energy levels. To level out the earthy taste of this wellness shot, we included the tart flavor of green apple.
The Red Berry Beet shot is the most colorful and flavorful of the three, but don’t let that fool you, because beets are highly nutritious. They contain nitrates, which have been proven to enhance athletic performance by boosting endurance and energy levels.

Tips:
- Shot glasses don’t freeze well, so divvy up your portions in an ice cube tray if you want to freeze some for later.
- Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) omissions and substitutions are listed in the recipe ingredients.
