These Paleo bone-in Air Fryer Chicken Wings are the ultimate game-day snack or crowd-pleasing appetizer. After all, no one can resist a spicy chicken wing, especially when they’re good for you! Our recipe is designed for an air fryer, but they can also be baked in an oven or cooked over a grill—whichever method you prefer.
These wings are dry rubbed with a savory fusion of spices. Paprika adds a smoky taste, while black pepper, red pepper flakes, and chili powder turn up the heat. If you want your wings be even hotter, add an extra ¼ teaspoon of each.
You can’t eat wings without a little sauce on the side, so pair this dish with veggie sticks dipped in our dairy-free Paleo ranch (recipe below, and make sure you have a batch of Paleo mayonnaise on hand when you make it), Paleo ketchup, or mustard.
Tips:
- Change up the flavors by adding or substituting any Paleo-friendly spice blend with the dry rub in this recipe.
- Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) omissions and substitutions are listed in the recipe ingredients.
