Ingredients
 
  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 2 red onions, finely chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ red pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed oil
Instructions
 
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in an 8 1/2 x 11 baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
