Pumpkin pie spice in a jar with a pumpkin.

Skip the store-bought pumpkin pie spice blends that can contain unhealthy additives and make this Original Pumpkin Pie Spice in less than 5 minutes in the comfort of your own home.

This classic blend is perfect for pies, lattes, soups, and autumnal baked goods. It combines five traditional fall spices into a warm and sweet mixture that’s both festive and versatile. Beyond its delicious flavor, this aromatic blend offers health benefits—most notably, Ceylon cinnamon, which may help regulate blood sugar when consumed frequently.

We recommend storing the spice blend in a tightly sealed jar. For a more sustainable option, consider reusing an old glass spice jar. Remove the labels, wash the jar thoroughly with warm water and soap, and let it dry completely. Once clean, it’s ready to hold your Original Pumpkin Pie Spice blend.

TIP: Autoimmune Protocol (AIP) omissions and substitutions are listed in the recipe ingredients.
