Ingredients
 
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup salt-free hot sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
Instructions
 
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cover a baking tray or cookie sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until evenly mixed.
  3. Scoop a tablespoon amount and roll into balls. You should get about 20-24 meatballs.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes. For a crispier texture, cook them a few minutes longer.
  5. Serve with toothpicks and enjoy!
