Ingredients
 
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp unsalted almond butter
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds, for garnish
Instructions
 
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and process on high speed for one minute, until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie evenly among two glasses and sprinkle with flax seeds. Serve cold.
