Lauren Fellows is a Connecticut native and received an English degree from the University of Connecticut. She discovered The Paleo Diet® while researching healthy recipes to make at home and focused her career on teaching others about healthy living.
She believes life and diet are all about balance. Her philosophy is to spend time outside every day, connect with friends and family, move your body, and eat well. You don’t have to stick to a strict diet or run marathons to thrive!
Lauren Fellows has four years of experience editing Paleo recipes, therefore, she knows all the sneaky ingredients that are and are not primal. When she is not working’s Lauren loves reading, cooking, crossword puzzles, hot yoga, and long walks with her dog.
