Some healthy substitutions are walnuts, pomegranate seeds, raspberries, flaxseeds, diced pineapple, sliced almonds, pumpkin pie spice, nutmeg, or any type of Paleo nut butter. Enjoy these at home or assemble when camping for a delicious treat outdoors.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz 100% cacao 

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 bananas

  • 1/2 cups blueberries

  • 1/2 cups strawberries, chopped

  • 1/4 cups pecans, chopped (AIP - omit)

  • 3 tbsp hemp seeds (AIP - omit)

  • 1/4 cups shredded unsweetened coconut

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 4 tbsp almond butter (AIP - omit)

  • 2 tsp raw honey

Directions

  1. Heat a small pot over low-medium heat. Add cacao and coconut oil. Cook 5-10 minutes until melted, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.

  2. Slice bananas lengthwise and lay them on a plate. Sprinkle with blueberries, strawberries, pecans, hemp seeds, coconut, and cinnamon. Drizzle with almond butter, melted cacao, and honey. Serve immediately.
