Raphael Sirtoli has an M.Sc. in molecular biology and is a Ph.D. candidate in health sciences at the Behavioral and Molecular Lab in Portugal. Raphael co-founded Nutrita, makers of a food tracking app that focuses on diet quality rather than calorie counting.
Raphael’s interest in general health led him to a broad study of the relevant fields, like paleoanthropology, clinical medicine, epidemiology, biochemistry, endocrinology, and immunology to name but a few. He loves open scientific debate, Crossfit, football, hiking, and cold water immersion.
