Ingredients
 
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • ¼ tsp black pepper (optional, omit for AIP)
  • ¼ tsp onion flakes
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder

  1. Combine all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth. Serve immediately.
