As summer kicks off in the Northern Hemisphere, not only does the temperature rise, but so do the events on our social calendars. From friend meetups to sporting events, there are endless possibilities to keep us running around during the hottest time of year.

Given all that heat, nothing can be more satisfying than a chilled glass of iced tea to cool off with. But what if we could take that refreshing sensation to the next level? What if, rather than the standard iced tea we’re all familiar with, we brought in unique herbs known for their relaxing and rejuvenating properties? That’s where this lemon balm tea comes in.

Lemon balm, a member of the mint family, has an astonishing track record for all the benefits it provides. It is beloved as an herb that is safe and gentle for all ages, while imparting delicious flavor into recipes. Lemon balm tea has been associated with relaxation, soothing the nervous system, and supporting the immune system. It also relieves occasional bloating, especially after a heavy meal.1

This Iced Lemon Balm Tea elevates your typical herbal infusion into a sparkling, refreshing drink perfect for summer afternoons—or any moment you need a peaceful pause. Steep pure lemon balm in hot water to extract their delicate essential oils, which contribute to the tea’s mild citrus notes and calming effects. Fresh mint leaves add a bright layer of coolness, while rosemary sprigs enliven the senses. A splash of fresh orange juice balances the flavors with a hint of sweetness and vitamin C, and bubbly sparkling water transforms each sip into an effervescent treat that is sure to delight and deliver coolness at every level.
