You deserve to treat yourself! It’s hard to find a satisfying snack when most sweet treats contain tons of sugar and extra additives. But this Chocolate Bark with Berries is a healthy treat sweetened only with blueberries.
All you need are six simple ingredients. We swap cacao for regular chocolate to avoid excess amounts of sugar. Cacao is rich in polyphenols, a powerful antioxidant that can help improve brain health, digestion, and blood sugar levels. Research has even shown it could help fight cancer and inflammation.

Chocolate Bark with Berries

Ingredients
6 oz cacao wafers
1/2 cups fresh blueberries
1 tbsp crushed almonds
1 tbsp crushed pecans
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Directions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Melt cacao wafers in a small saucepan on low heat, stirring frequently.
When the cacao is fully melted, remove it from heat and pour onto the baking sheet.
Sprinkle blueberries, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and hemp seeds over melted cacao. Place in the refrigerator or freezer until it’s set.
Once hardened, break apart into several pieces. Store leftovers in an airtight container or baggie in the fridge.
