Add some natural sweetness to your life with a Cherry Lime Sherbet. This simple recipe takes 10 minutes to prepare, five ingredients to make, and only one minute to satisfy your sweet tooth.
This sherbet can also double as a Paleo palate cleanser, which is any food or beverage that cleanses your tongue of flavors and preps the taste buds for the next dish. Typically, palate cleansers are popular in restaurants with a tasting menu or multiple courses. But that doesn’t mean you can’t make your own palate cleanser at home—especially if you have an easy and healthy recipe for it.
Tip: If you don’t like cherries, substitute with a different fruit like blueberries or strawberries.

- Total Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
2 cups frozen cherries
1 large frozen banana, chopped
1 cups coconut milk
1 lime, zested and juiced
1 tbsp mint leaves, chopped
Directions
Using a high-speed blender, add cherries, banana, coconut milk, lime juice, and mint. Process until it becomes a soft-serve consistency.
If it’s too soft, freeze in a glass storage container for an hour or longer. Keep checking it after half an hour so it doesn’t get too hard.
Serve with lime zest and minced mint leaves if you wish.
