Two cacao reishi lattes in glasses ready to drink.

Craving a latte but don’t want to drink any more caffeine today? Imagine a coffee-like beverage that fills that flavor void without leaving you jittery or keeping you awake past your bedtime. This Cacao Reishi Latte is not only delicious, but it also packs a punch when it comes to boosting your immune system

We crafted this latte with a base of almond milk because of its richness in vitamin E, which plays a crucial role in supporting your immune system against infections. When shopping for almond milk, choose one that is free from additives like synthetic sugars and unnatural flavorings to ensure optimal benefits. Alternatively, you can also consider making your own homemade almond milk

After the base, we’ve added several other ingredients that create a robust flavor and numerous health benefits. Raw cacao is renowned for its ability to bolster immune cells and reduce inflammation, while cinnamon has been shown to have antibacterial and antifungal properties. Let’s not overlook dates! They’re not only the secret source of sweetness in this recipe, but they also boast antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal properties. Talk about a healthy way to start your day!
