Broccoli Microgreens-Wellness Shots Finished_2

If you feel a cold or virus coming on, pass on the costly store-bought wellness shots loaded with added sweeteners and opt for something more fresh and cost-friendly, like these immune system booster wellness shots.

Sometimes great things really do come in small packages. No need for a big smoothie with this recipe, all these benefits fit inside a shot glass so are much easier to pack and take on-the-go and provide tons of nutrients in one small shot.

With minimal liquid added, this recipe is packed with immune-supporting vitamins and minerals, making it more nutrient-dense. Broccoli microgreens, compared to their fully grown counterpart, are more concentrated in nutrients. In fact, studies have shown that broccoli microgreens offer excellent immune support. [1] We used 1 tray of Instafarm™ microgreens for these shots, which amounts to about 1 cup.

TIP: Make a batch or two of these wellness shots and store them in a small glass container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
