Ingredients
 
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 date, pitted
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
 
  1. Add all ingredients (through the coconut milk) to a blender. Combine until smooth.
  2. Garnish with chopped pecans and drink up!
