Ingredients
1 1/2 cups coconut milk
2 cups carrots, chopped
1 frozen banana, sliced
1 green apple, chopped
1/2 cups frozen mango, chopped
1 small orange, peeled
1 thumb of ginger, peeled and minced
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 cups almonds, crushed
Directions
Add all ingredients into a blender. Blend on high speed for 50-60 seconds, until creamy and smooth. For a thinner mixture, add more milk.
Pour smoothie into a glass and top with extra orange slices or crushed almonds, if desired. Serve immediately.
