Wake up to a burst of flavor with this Peach Kale Microgreens Smoothie recipe. It takes just five ingredients and five minutes to make. 

The secret to this recipe’s punch? Kale microgreens. Despite their size, these tiny greens are packed with tons of antioxidants that can help reduce inflammation in the body. In fact, microgreens have been proven to contain higher concentrations of various minerals than mature kale leaves. We used two trays of Instafarm™ microgreens to make this smoothie, which amounts to about 2 cups of microgreens.

Peaches also bring health benefits to this smoothie. They’re rich in potassium, which helps regulate heart rate and blood pressure, and are loaded with vitamins A, C, and E, all which support eye health, too.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups kale microgreens

  • 3/4 cups cashews (AIP - omit)

  • 2 cups water

  • 2 peaches, fresh or frozen

  • Iced (If using fresh peaches)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
