Ingredients
 
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 medium ripe bananas (best when its frozen, chopped)
  • 3 cups baby spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¾ cup pomegranate juice (no sugar)
  • 1 ¼ cups coconut milk or almond milk
Instructions
 
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender. Combine on high speed for about 30 seconds, or until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie evenly into two glasses. Enjoy cold.
