Ingredients
3 cups watermelon, cubed
1/2 cups shallot, chopped
3 leaves basil, chopped
1 small jalapeño, chopped
Lime juice and zest, to taste
Cracked black pepper, to taste
Directions
Toss the watermelon, shallots, basil and jalapeño together in a mixing bowl.
Season to taste with lime juice, zest, and black pepper.
Chill at least 15 minutes, then enjoy!
