Some green juices taste earthy and bland—but this Tropical Green Juice is anything but. We blend the sweet flavors of mango, ginger, mint, and lemon with celery and spinach to create a refreshing, tropical-inspired juice that you can imagine sipping somewhere on a beach.
Not only do mangos add a sweet, pleasant taste to this smoothie, but they also provide a variety of health benefits. Mangos contain polyphenols such as gallic acid and gallotannins, which possess strong antioxidant, anticancer, and anti-inflammatory properties.1 The cup of spinach added to the smoothie also provides great health benefits like helping prevent or treat age-related macular degeneration.2
We recommend straining the blended juice before drinking. This helps make it smoother and more enjoyable for kids who might protest the pulp. However, you can keep the pulp for extra nutrients or save it to add to a breakfast smoothie in the following days.
TIP: Feel free to add any of your other favorite fruits to this juice. We recommend adding pineapple if you have some on hand, as it pairs well with the flavor profile.

Ingredients
1/2 lemon, juiced
1 cups spinach
1 thumb ginger, peeled
1/2 cups celery, chopped
1/4 cups mint leaves
1 cups mango, chopped
2 cups coconut milk
Ice
Directions
Add all ingredients except ice to a blender and blend on high speed.
Add ice to three glasses. Strain solids from juice and divide between glasses.
