Our Green Juice recipe features cucumber, leafy greens, apple, and lemon for a hydrating, refreshing drink.

Get your greens in with this homemade juice that pairs earthy flavors with the sweetness of Honeycrisp apples for an enjoyable, yet nutritional beverage.

Our Green Juice uses hydrating cucumber and leafy greens like kale and celery, which are known to reduce inflammation and the risk of heart disease. Drink this as a prebiotic or to get a bigger helping of vitamins and nutrients in your diet (please note, it’s not a meal replacement).

You can add any additional Paleo-friendly greens to customize this recipe. If you don’t like kale, swap it with spinach, or replace Honeycrisp apples with whatever apple you have on hand. For additional sweetness, substitute water with coconut water.

Tip:

  • The juice will keep for up to one week, but it will naturally separate after a few days. Just give it a good shake before consuming.
