• 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • ¼ cup ice cubes
  • unsweetened shredded coconut, for topping (optional)
  • banana slices, for topping (optional)
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Process for 1 minute, or until creamy and smooth.
  2. Pour the smoothie evenly into 2 glasses and top with banana slices and a sprinkle of shredded coconut, if desired. Serve immediately.
