This quick and easy recipe of shrimp stuffed avocados works great for a salad or appetizer.
Ingredients
Serves 2
- 4 large avocados, peeled and halved, seeds removed
- 1 1/2 c. small salad shrimp, cooked and washed
- 1 T. lemon juice
- 1 T. onion powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 T. paprika
Directions
2. Combine shrimp, lemon juice, onion and pepper in a medium-sized mixing bowl
4. Sprinkle the top of each stuffed avocado with paprika before serving

This could just be my computer acting up, but it is worth a heads up for you in case you can fix the problem. When we look up your recipies and see the 1 page has only the ingredients and directions we tried to print and only get the ingredients. So I decided maybe we could print on both sides of the paper only to find that the ingredients came out ok once again, however the directions on the sequential page were obstructed by the pictures and were missing the first few lines. Can your computer geniuses correct this? I certainly can’t. Thanks in advance for your prompt attention to this matter.
