• 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 ripe bananas)
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ⅓ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a bread pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, mix the bananas with the honey and apple cider vinegar.
  3. In a larger mixing bowl, whisk the almond flour, arrowroot flour and baking soda.
  4. Add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.
  6. Let it cool for 5-10 minutes before taking it out of the pan. Slice and enjoy!
