Curry Cilantro Burgers | The Paleo Diet

Below is a guest post from a Paleo follower: “Seriously one of the best recipes I’ve made: top these curry cilantro burgers with lime guacamole and paleo Siracha sauce, wrap it up in lettuce and chow down.”


  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 chopped yellow onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon paprika


    1. Add all ingredients into bowl, mix well together

    2. Grill or pan fry on each side until golden brown, then flip

    3. Or cook until desired pinkness in middle
