A comparison between Paleo and Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent and partial fasting can improve health and physical performance. From an evolutionary perspective, our Paleolithic ancestors likely went through periods of fasting due to lack of hunting success. Some of the benefits of intermittent fasting include better weight management, longevity, brain health, improved blood pressure and glucose control, and potentially better endurance.
