Is It Paleo?

The Paleo Diet® comes down to a simple idea—eat lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, lean meats, and nuts and eggs sparingly. However, it becomes a little more complicated when you start getting into particular foods that don't fit nicely into a category, or that you really like.
