Dr. Cordain,

I began the Paleo lifestyle on August 1, 2013. I have lost 65 pounds as of January 10, 2014. I tried so many diets before this and was discouraged and scared that there was something medically wrong with me. I have never been diabetic, or hypertense or had high cholesterol. But I could not lose weight to any great degree. Thank God I adopted this plan, you saved my life. I have 35 more to go and will meet my goal sometime in May. I will never be heavy again.
