As a professor at Colorado State University, Dr Loren Cordain developed The Paleo Diet® through decades of research and collaboration with renowned fellow scientists including Dr Boyd Eaton and Dr Staffan Lindeberg. Their research was driven purely out of a curiosity to discover the optimal human diet.
Dr. Cordain coined the term “The Paleo Diet®” while writing his first book and created this website to share his knowledge. Now, Dr Cordain’s first and last graduate students – Mark J. Smith, Ph.D. and Trevor Connor, M.S. - are carrying on the legacy.
