I’ve been doing Paleo for 4 weeks now, read The Paleo Diet, and am making progress in my eating, in a major way. All my breakouts are gone; my skin, overall, is completely clear. Bloating is gone; inflammation in my joints has improved significantly. I’m so energetic. I’m so full and satisfied; rarely, truly hungry anymore. I fall asleep faster. My body feels cleaner and stronger. I am so grateful for this journey!

Thank you, Dr. Cordain and fellow researchers for publishing research surrounding a diet that is truly revolutionizing for a human body. I cannot believe how good I feel.

  1. Awesome! I’ve experienced very similar results in terms of joint pain, energy level, and I’ve maintained a 90 pound weight loss for 3 years. I just shared my before and after photos on my blog. It’s not a before and after post though. Rather, my goal was to show people that anyone can change their diet. I had crazy bad eating habits before I got sick enough to want to change.

  2. I have been on the paleo diet for a month now and can not believe the changes in my body. First and foremost, my body pains (foot and knee pain, leg aches, joint pain, bloating, inflammation…etc.) all diminished within a week. I was able to return to tennis and walking which I hadn’t been doing for months. I did go through a low point during week 3 and had to increase my fruits and nuts to make me feel better. I read that that was normal as my body was still in transition. I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose but did lose 10 pounds so far, which was very welcoming for a 48 year old female! Diabetes is a major factor with my family so this will be a lifestyle change for me. I feel so much better and hardly ever feel hungry. It is much easier than I thought is was going to be.
