Blueberry Tilapia | The Paleo Diet

This blueberry tilapia is an autumn fresh favorite with the perfect balance of sweet and savory!

Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tilapia fillets (thaw if frozen)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Directions

1. Sauté fish and garlic in olive oil on medium heat

2. Stir in onions and parsley

 

3. Brown fish on both sides

4. Add blueberries and herbs/seasonings when golden
