Wendy L. Farrell, M.S.Ed received her Master’s in Education in Exercise and Sports Science from Colorado State University in 1987 with Dr. Loren Cordain. Then and now, she has had a passion for coaching others in wellness and healthy lifestyle habits. Her new cookbook, Make it Healthy, is filled with healthy recipes and easy ideas to elevate the health of your shopping, cooking, and eating plan.

As a culinary entrepreneur she has operated a large scale event planning and catering company and established Arizona’s first restaurant movie theatre, Farrelli’s Cinema Supper Club, which was featured on the Food Network.

Currently, her professional work includes workshops, trainings and speaking engagements in wellness, cooking and healthy lifestyle habits, as well as leadership and employee development, specializing in workplace communication and essential management skills.
