Meet The Expert

What makes you an expert on The Paleo Diet?

My experience with researching nutrition and health.

Describe the impact The Paleo Diet has had on your (and/or your family's) life?

We are big fans of lean proteins and fresh produce in our home!

What does “healthy living” mean to you? And what do you like to eat when you go to the movies (i.e. what’s your favorite cheat food)?

Healthy living means eating clean, moving my body every day, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Top cheat food: ice cream.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not writing for The Paleo Diet?

Backpacking, cross-country skiing, paddling, cooking, and learning how to grow our own veggies.
