The principles of a Paleo Diet help to ensure your plate is full of real food that is nutrient-dense and delicious!

What does “healthy living” mean to you? And what do you like to eat when you go to the movies (i.e. what’s your favorite cheat food)? 

Healthy living means supporting mental, physical, and emotional health with what you eat, how you move, and lifestyle factors like sufficient sleep and stress management. What do I eat at the movies? I've got three little kids... I don't go to the movies! (On the off chance I do go, it's red wine and dark chocolate for me!)

What do you enjoy doing when you are not writing for The Paleo Diet?

Helping people to achieve their health and performance goals, regardless of whether it's chasing an Olympic gold medal, NBA championship, or your personal best marathon or Ironman.
