I'm the author of Nutritional Grail, an award-winning nutrition science book, and Be Bowled, a recipe / food photography book. I’m from Michigan, have a business degree from the University of Michigan, and have lived 15 years abroad in various parts of Europe and the Middle East. I’m interested in business solutions to public health problems, which is why I recently launched a non-dairy, ultra-low-sugar ice cream brand.
