Recipe: Curry Cilantro Burgers

Curry Cilantro Burgers

1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 chopped yellow onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon paprika
Add all ingredients into bowl, mix well together. Grill or pan fry on each side until golden brown, then flip. Or cook until desired pinkness in middle.

Seriously one of the best recipes I’ve made. I topped mine with lime guacamole and Siracha sauce, wrapped up in lettuce and chow down
