I have followed your writings concerning evolution, diet and grains with
interest for several years. I am a Family Physician with a long-standing
interest in Neuroscience, especially the interface between food and brain
function. I agree that depending on their genetic makeup, grains likely have
significant adverse health effects for many people.
For years I have been interested in trying to figure out the connection between
obesity, insulin resistance and type II diabetes with common brain disorders
such as depression, ADHD, anxiety disorders, autism...
