This blueberry tilapia is an autumn fresh favorite with the perfect balance of sweet and savory!
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tilapia fillets (thaw if frozen)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1. Sauté fish and garlic in olive oil on medium heat
2. Stir in onions and parsley
4. Add blueberries and herbs/seasonings when golden
