I’m a fan of The Paleo Diet. When I’m on it, it works. When I relapse, I notice the effects around my waistline and in my athletic performance. Since your first book came out, I’ve been following your work and know intuitively you’re correct. Since using the principles of The Paleo Diet, I’ve had some breakthrough performances in triathlons. While I’ve made big fitness gains with Paleo, I’ve witnessed some of my more talented, though pasta-packing friends, show only modest improvements after a season of quality training.
I haven’t tried to keep my secret from them, but I haven’t been exactly forthcoming. Are you sure we need to let the secret out?
