Q&A With Dr. Loren Cordain

Below is an interview with Dr. Cordain. Rhiannon Kay, a journalism student at Sheridan College conducted the interview. Who and why should people become Paleo? Dr. Cordain:  The Eaton and Konner paper is more than 25 years old....

Below is a question we recently received from a Paleo Diet follower:   Dear Mr. Cordain, I have been trying to follow the Paleo diet as discussed in your wonderful book. I am 74, diabetes (under good control), some heart disease (no attacks or anything like that) and the scary thing is stage 3 CKD.  My question is: Have you had any experience with this diet and a slowing of ckd?  My doctor insists that I cut down on protein and eat more carbs. Thank you for taking time to answer this question. Sy Pryweller   Dr Loren Cordain’s Response: Hi Sy, Good to...
