The eating plan is working very well. I specifically see a difference in my acne when I stray from The Paleo Diet and eat more alcohol (carbs) and sugar and wheat. By staying away from those, focusing on high quality protein, veggies and fruit, lots of water and exercise my skin is clean and healthy.
